Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Processing time may be extended during limited drops, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Customers will be notified by email if any significant delay occurs.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service level.
Jesus Smokes ships primarily through USPS for both domestic and international orders.
Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment):

These are carrier-provided estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
Jesus Smokes is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or customs clearance delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Jesus Smokes has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Jesus Smokes is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at jesussmokes@icloud.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been marked as fulfilled or shipped.
