Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right—see “Order Issues (Damaged/Incorrect)” below.

Order Issues (Damaged/Incorrect)

Please inspect your order upon delivery and email us within 7 days if:

  • you received a damaged item,

  • the item is defective, or

  • you received the wrong item.

Email jesussmokes@icloud.com with:

  • order number,

  • a brief description of the issue, and

  • clear photos of the product and packaging.

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund for the affected item(s). We’ll provide a prepaid label only when we request a return of the defective/incorrect item. Items sent back without authorization will be refused.

Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items

  • All items sold on our site are final sale.

  • Custom / made-to-order items are final sale.

  • Gift cards and sale/markdown items are final sale.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are fulfilled. Once an order is marked Fulfilled or Shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Refunds (when approved)

For approved cases (damaged/defective/incorrect only):

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval (and after any requested item is received back and inspected).

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
    If it’s been more than 15 business days since our refund confirmation, email jesussmokes@icloud.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off (if applicable)

If your order is shipped into the EU, consumers have a statutory right to cancel or return most online purchases within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
To start an EU return, email jesussmokes@icloud.com within 14 days of delivery. (This right does not apply to certain categories, including custom/made-to-order items.)
